Our new friends at Charles and Marie pointed us into this direction and this guy is really phenomenal: Marcel Wanders - Dutch designer who started with the iconic Knotted Chair for Droog Design in 1996. During the following years he cooperated with a lot of goodies from the furniture industry leading to such wonderful cooperations like the one with Bisazza this year in Milano… and now?

Now Wanders’ wonders ecstasize the consumer electronic industry…cooperating with what?…a vacuum cleaner manufacturer????

YES - Wanders’ wonder! …and look at this…

“Theatre” is a wooden side table in which a home cinema set is integrated - DVD speaker and subwoofer - everything is included…

…and should be accompanied by four highly decorated satellite speakers - called “Egg” - for digital surround sound! Thanks to Charles and Marie for this wonderful tip…
